San Fernando 27, Cleveland 0--LaKarlos Townsend gained 180 yards in 10 carries and scored two touchdowns as host San Fernando (6-4, 4-3) claimed the league title.
The officials ended the game with 30 seconds left when Coach Steve Landress of Cleveland (0-8-1, 0-7) refused to leave the field after two unsportsmanlike penalty calls against him.
Leonice Brown gained 125 yards in 18 carries for San Fernando.
