A San Diego man shot his neighbor in the leg Saturday afternoon during an alleged dispute with a rifle he had bought the previous day, police said.
Ronald Manley, 34, bought the rifle on Friday and on Saturday at 3 p.m. shot his neighbor, Sean Miller, in the right leg while Miller was standing in his driveway on the 3700 block of Clairemont Mesa Boulevard, police said.
