Bus Trip Is Planned to Rose Bowl Parade

The Manhattan Beach Recreation Department is sponsoring a bus trip to the Rose Parade in Pasadena on New Year’s Day.
Participants will have reserved grandstand seats on Colorado Boulevard for close-up viewing of the parade and a box lunch. The cost is $48 for residents ($47 with senior discount card), $61 for non-residents. The reservation deadline is Thursday. The bus will depart Joslyn Center at 6 a.m. Jan. 1 and Manhattan Heights at 6:15 a.m. and will return at 1 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. For more information, call 545-5621, Ext. 321.
