Happy Bartday: Hey dudes! Today has been declared Bart Simpson Day in New Orleans. In connection with the National Assn. of Television Program Executives convention held in the city this week, the City Council proclaimed the day to pay homage to the Bartman. Convention Boulevard in New Orleans will be renamed Bart Simpson Boulevard until Friday.
