STATE : Lotto to Climb to $30 Million

SACRAMENTO — There were no winning tickets in the California lottery’s “Lotto 6-53” drawing Wednesday night, meaning that the $22.2-million jackpot will roll over to an estimated $30 million by Saturday night’s drawing, officials said.
Three tickets had five numbers plus the bonus number and won $238,095 each. They were purchased in Whittier, Sun Valley and Huntington Park and shared a $714,287 prize pool.
There were 131 tickets with five of six numbers, each winning $5,422. They divide a $714,100 pool.
There were 8,225 tickets with four of six numbers, winning $78 each. They split a $649,352 prize pool.
And there were 166,238 tickets with three of six numbers. Each is worth an automatic $5.
Sales from Saturday night to Wednesday’s drawing were $12.9 million, lottery officials said.
