Drake basketball Coach Rudy Washington, a founder and former president of the Black Coaches Assn., says he has been the target of racial slurs on the road this year, the Des Moines Register reported.
The first-year coach told the newspaper he was subjected to racial insults in Missouri Valley Conference games at Indiana State, Southern Illinois and Southwest Missouri State.
