SIMI VALLEY : Police Arrest 2 in Drug Raid on House

Two Simi Valley residents were arrested after police searched their house and found methamphetamine, authorities said Friday.
Donna Stephens, 47, was arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotics for sale, police said. She was being held in the Ventura County Jail on $10,000 bail, a jail spokeswoman said. Henry Wax, 53, was arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotics, police said. He was released Thursday on his own recognizance, authorities said.
Simi Valley police detectives served a search warrant at the house in the 1700 block of 1st Street at 7:05 a.m. Thursday and discovered methamphetamine valued at $1,200, Sgt. Ron Lompart said.
Police found additional items that indicated that the drugs were intended for sale, Lompart said.
