PLACENTIA : City to Supplement Pay of Reservists

The City Council has voted to supplement wages and benefits for employees called to duty in the Persian Gulf.
The council voted unanimously this week to provide compensation beyond what is required by state law. None of Placentia’s four employees in the military reserves have been called to active duty, but all have been advised to prepare for service.
