A driver from Riverside County was killed and two Ramona residents hurt in a collision late Saturday in Poway, authorities said.
Michael Kevin Paradise, 35, of Lake Elsinore was killed when he was thrown from his car when it collided with another vehicle after crossing into oncoming traffic about 11 p.m. Saturday, a San Diego County sheriff’s spokesman said.
Paradise was traveling west on Poway Road east of Blue Crystal Trail when he collided with an eastbound van carrying the Ramona residents, the spokesman said.
The Ramona residents were taken to Palomar Medical Center in Escondido. Their names and conditions were unavailable.
