A World Boxing Organization official said Greg Haugen probably will be stripped of the 140-pound title and Hector (Macho) Camacho reinstated as champion because Haugen tested positive for marijuana after the Feb. 23 fight.
Haugen won a split decision in handing Camacho his first defeat in a 10-year pro career. Haugen was aided by a bizarre foul in the 12th round, when referee Carlos Padilla took a point away from Camacho for hitting Haugen when Haugen refused to touch gloves at the start of the final round.
