LAGUNA BEACH : Patriot’s Day Parade Today Honors Judge

The annual Patriot’s Day Parade begins at 11 a.m. today. It starts at Laguna Beach High School and will proceed along six blocks in the downtown area.
The parade will honor Orange County Superior Court Judge David O. Carter for his service in the Marine Corps.
Among the 12 bands participating in the parade are those from Laguna Beach High School, Newport Harbor High School and Bolsa Grande High School in Garden Grove.
