Harbor Freeway

As one of those hundreds of drivers caught and affected by the closure of the Harbor Freeway on Feb. 24, I wish to register my complaint with Caltrans for the delay. It took me over 90 minutes to get from Century to Vermont via Slauson.
Yes, I am very angry over this because I missed most of the church service. Does Caltrans expect us to go through freeway jams on Sundays also? I have enough of it on weekdays.
