A two-alarm fire forced the evacuation Monday night of several units at the University City Village senior citizen apartment complex on Gullstrand Street, a San Diego Fire Department dispatcher said.
No one was injured.
Firefighters went to the 596-unit, one-story complex of eight-unit buildings and confined the fire to four units in one building, the dispatcher said.
