Blast at Haitian Activist’s Office Linked to Gas Leak

MIAMI — An explosion that ripped apart a building that houses a Haitian activist’s office was probably caused by a gas leak and not a bomb, a fire official said Wednesday. No injuries were reported in the blast Tuesday night in the office occupied by Ringo Cayard, a Creole-language radio commentator and lobbyist.
