Frequent Flier Is Changing Airports
I am a frequent business traveler and have been using the new John Wayne Airport. During the past three months, I have missed two planes and, today, almost a third one.
I have reconciled myself to being gouged $14 per day for parking. More frustrating is the lack of proper exterior and interior signing, airport personnel, and enough conveniently located $14 overnight parking spaces. Airline personnel routinely comment: “We receive many traveler complaints.”
Hopefully, this letter will get the attention of our Orange County Board of Supervisors and the airport management. For now, ticketed passengers should allow at least one hour to check in after arrival.
I myself am returning to LAX.
