Child World Inc., Avon, Mass., has named W. John Devine chief executive and Ronald E. Tuchman chief operating officer. Devine and Tuchman are former Toys R Us executives who are leading a buyout of Child World. They succeed Thomas T. S. Kaung, acting Child World president, who has resigned.
