Anne V. Moacanin has been appointed vice president of clinical operations for Health Management Center, Inc., a mental health care benefits and employee assistance program firm in Orange. Moacanin has been a public health nurse and a psychiatric staff and supervisory nurse at the Sproul Memorial Hospital in Berkeley and UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Institute.
