A boy on a holiday camping trip with his family was killed by a tree toppled in a Minnesota tornado and three other people were injured by twisters that tore through the state. Nazereth L. Fiedler, 9, died at a hospital after he was pinned by the tree Friday night at a campground in central Minnesota, Cass County Sheriff Jim Dowson said. No other injuries were reported from the twister, but a nearby house “literally exploded,” Dowson said. Trailers were also damaged.
