SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO : Board, Schools Chief Plan Public Talk

The Capistrano Unified School District Board of Education has scheduled a special meeting for 9 a.m. today to talk with the new superintendent, James Fleming.
The meeting, which is open to the public, will be at the district headquarters, 32972 Calle Perfecto.
“We just want to discuss with the new superintendent some things we expect from him, some things he expects from us,” Board President Paul B. Haseman said.
Fleming, a longtime Miami, Fla., school administrator, became superintendent July 1 when Jerome R. Thornsley retired.
