‘Fantasia’ Follow-Up: There’s a new “Fantasia” in Disney’s future. Daily Variety reported Monday that the studio plans “Fantasia Continued” which will contain some segments from the 1939 classic along with the new elements. It is due in theaters in 1996 or 1997. Disney eventually plans to retire the original “Fantasia,” which should fire up sales when the videocassette is released in November.
