DIRTY DEED: The sisters of Poor Clare Missionaries in Santa Ana were in a retreat Monday when news arrived that their statue of the Blessed Mother of Guadalupe had been stolen. “Her face is very sweet; her eyes are very tender,” Sister Isabel Diaz said of the marble statue. “We have a special love for our Blessed Mother; we just want her back.” . . . Police do too. They are investigating.
