Angels Take Flight: Understudy Barbara Passolt will come out of the wings tonight to play the dual role of Oolie/Donna in “City of Angels” at the Shubert Theatre. She’ll take over for a week for Tony-winner Randy Graff, who has left to join the cast of Fox TV’s “Drexel’s Class” with Dabney Coleman. Graff’s permanent replacement will be Catherine Cox, who has various New York stage credits. Meanwhile, the cast will be involved in a Dodgers-”Angels” freeway series of sorts on Aug. 21. The show folks will take in a Dodger game that afternoon, and one of the cast members (Karen Fineman) will sing the National Anthem. Then that night the baseball players will go see “City of Angels.”
