Oak Park 35, L.A. Baptist 14--Tarik Smith rushed for 252 yards in 18 carries and scored three touchdowns to lead the host Eagles (3-0). Smith, a junior tailback, scored on runs of 65, 38 and 88 yards. His first score capped the Eagles’ opening drive of 65 yards in five plays. Smith’s 88-yard run finished the scoring.

L.A. Baptist (2-1) scored on a 59-yard Matt Hernandez run and a three-yard run by Jeff Faller.
