Taking a Positive Step

On Nov. 19, an article by Sharon Bernstein caught my attention (“KCET Plans New Preschooler Series”). The article briefly discusses a series that will air on KCET Channel 28 in 1993. “The Puzzle Factory” (will be) a realistic show with multicultural humanlike puppets and a primary goal of teaching young children how to handle life. This is a wonderful idea!
In a world that is so accustomed to reading bad news, this brief article on a positive step being taken for the future of young minds is reassuring, and the show will be beneficial to them for the rest of their lives.
The world is filled with problems, but we must all remember not to lose sight of the good things. No matter what obstacles we face today, our children have the opportunity to overcome them in the future.
