GM Didn’t Cause Fraud

With the demise of Royal Carriage Buick GMC, (“Officials Accuse Car Dealership of Fraud,” Dec. 25) some people are blaming the product for a dealership failure. This is clearly inappropriate. I can certainly understand the frustration of the consumers who were treated poorly or worse, but that dealer’s problems are not a product indictment. Good products can be sold by not-so-good dealers.
