Robert D. Vesely has been appointed chief financial officer of Technology Marketing Inc., an Irvine high-tech company. He succeeds Christopher M. Miner, who is leaving to accept the presidency of another company. Vesely was formerly president of Nuart Signmakers in Santa Ana, and before that was chief financial officer of Genie Industries Inc.
