Incomnet Buys Interest in Telecommunications Firm

Incomnet Inc., a Woodland Hills company that operates computerized trading networks for the auto parts industry, said it has acquired a controlling interest in Newport Beach-based National Telephone Communications Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
National Telephone Communications sells long-distance telecommunications services such as calling cards and toll-free connections. The company had about $5 million in revenues last year, Incomnet said.
