Elizabeth Lake Man Dies in Car Accident

An Elizabeth Lake man was killed after his car flipped over on Elizabeth Lake Road, authorities said Saturday.
Morris Johnson, 39, was driving east near Munz Ranch Road about 8 p.m. Friday when he lost control of his car on a curve, California Highway Patrol Officer Robert Smart said. The car overturned and Johnson, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the vehicle, Smart said.
No other cars were involved in the accident, Smart said.
