* * 1/2 Shakespear’s Sister, “Hormonally Yours,” London. If you spent a few extra bucks to invest in a programmable CD player, here’s your reward. Several of the tracks on the female duo’s second album are amelodic dreck, but “Goodbye Cruel World,” “Emotional Thing” and a few others exhibit a slinky, funky feel that’s as seductive as a plate of fudge.
