Man Killed After He Is Run Over by Van

A quarrel between two former roommates led to the death of a 27-year-old man early Saturday when he became trapped under the wheel of a moving van, police said.
Daren Thomas Craft, who police said was the owner of a medical billing company, died after he fell beneath a moving van driven by the former roommate in the 1800 block of University Avenue, authorities said.
Earlier, Craft had apparently gotten into an argument with the roommate over possessions they had shared in an apartment on University Avenue. The disagreement spilled onto the street and Craft was struck as the second man drove off in the rented truck.
It was not clear whether Craft had tried to block the other man’s departure when he was struck.
