A special hearing by track and field’s world governing body that could clear the suspended world record-holder in the 400 meters, Butch Reynolds, to compete in the Olympics begins Sunday at London. A three-member International Amateur Athletic Federation arbitration panel is expected to take two days to hear Reynolds’ appeal against a suspension for drug use.
