Pearson, Hocking Join SCC’s Coaching Staff

Rob Pearson has been named men’s tennis coach and Brent Hocking has been named assistant men’s basketball coach and sports information director at Southern California College, the school announced Tuesday.

Pearson, 22, played tennis at Sunny Hills High and Point Loma Nazarene, from which he will graduate in two weeks.

Hocking is moving from Christ College Irvine, where he was in charge of statistics, and the CCI tournament as well as doing some scouting and recruiting. He played basketball at Brethren Christian High and Biola.
