Barry Marks was named president of Allstate Funding Inc., a Sherman Oaks-based mortgage broker that has 70 offices in California.
Marks, formerly the company’s marketing director, succeeded Jim Stoddard, who resigned because of health reasons.
Allstate Funding also named Dan Marshall executive vice president. He formerly was vice president of operations.
