More than 30 community organizations, in addition to local and state government agencies, will offer information and assistance to San Fernando Valley residents Saturday at the Panorama Mall in Panorama City.
The 12th annual State Government Day, sponsored by Assemblyman Richard Katz (D-Sylmar), was originally scheduled May 9 but was postponed.
Participating agencies include the Los Angeles Police Department, the California Highway Patrol, El Proyecto del Barrio, the state Employment Development Department and Cal State Northridge. The mall is at 8401 Van Nuys Blvd. at Roscoe Boulevard.
