Two Camarillo men were sentenced to jail terms Monday for the statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl in July.
David Sirott, 23, pleaded guilty in March to two counts of raping the teen-ager. Andrew Madec, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of rape and two misdemeanor counts of battery on a police officer.
According to investigators, the two men met two 14-year-old girls at a party and took them to Madec’s home. There, they undressed one of the girls, who had passed out from intoxication, and raped her, investigators said. The other girl left the house and summoned deputies.
Ventura County Superior Court Judge James M. McNally sentenced Sirott to a year in County Jail and Madec to 270 days in jail.
