* Jasun Paik was named vice chairman of Manufacturers Bank in Los Angeles, a new position.
Paik is a director of the bank, formerly Mitsui Manufacturers Bank, and is a senior adviser to its parent, Sakura Bank Ltd. He also is a former executive with Wells Fargo Bank and Union Bank.
