Spinal Tribute: In another TV-music project, NBC also said Tuesday that it will air an hourlong tribute to Spinal Tap this fall to note the mock-rock group’s 25th anniversary. “The Spinal Tap Reunion Special” will update director Rob Reiner’s 1984 satirical film, “This Is Spinal Tap,” and follow the British band on its current world concert tour.
