Being a Watchdog at Norwalk City Hall
Naturally, City Hall workers in the town of Walnut would find watchdog Jim Brannan’s reporting of the misuse of funds stressful to their jobs. In addition to their being paid for habitually reporting late for work in the morning, I wonder how many also call in “sick” on Monday and Friday mornings?
The working environment of today has just become a place for social gathering where people report to work at their convenience to receive paychecks for non-productivity. (It doesn’t matter, because more funds to pay for such waste can always be obtained by raising taxes of one kind or another.)
I think Jim Brannan is to be commended for taking his time and effort in delving into this matter!
