Ventura’s Dumais Wins Diving Event

Troy Dumais of Ventura won the boys’ 13-and-under platform event Friday at an international age-group diving meet at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center in Pasadena.
Dumais, 12, diving in his home pool, totaled 233.07 points to defeat Luis Villarroel of Venezuela (231.33).
Kevin Burke of Maryland finished third with 225.33 points.
