Golden West Wins Water Polo Title

Curt Bowman and Shroder Baker each scored four goals to lead Golden West (27-2) to a 12-10 victory over Long Beach City in the title match of the South Coast Conference water polo tournament Saturday at Belmont Plaza.
Fullerton defeated Cerritos, 14-8, for third place.
In the Orange Empire Conference tournament, Grossmont defeated Orange Coast, 16-15, in the championship game. Rancho Santiago placed fourth, Cypress fifth and Saddleback seventh.
