SAN DIEGO : Man Gets 50 Years for Molesting Girl

A Los Angeles-area man convicted of 100 counts of child molestation was sentenced to 50 years in state prison Friday.
James Armagost, 42, pleaded no contest to all of the charges brought by prosecutors in the attacks on a girl who lived with him in Ocean Beach.
The molestations occurred between September, 1988, and August, 1991, on a girl who is now 15 years old, according to Deputy Dist. Atty. David Rubin.
San Diego Superior Court Judge Allan Preckel sentenced Armagost.
