Geoffrey W. Holmes has been named senior vice president of technology at Time Warner Inc.
Holmes will be the media and entertainment giant’s senior executive for new technology business development, and will also serve as chairman of Warner New Media.
Holmes joined Warner Communications--which became Time Warner through its merger with Time Inc.--in 1980 as director of investor relations.
