Vestro Foods Inc. said it elected Robert J. Cresci as chairman and Allan H. Dalfen as president and chief executive. Cresci, managing partner of Peck’s Management Partners Ltd., an investment management company, succeeds Donald R. Stroben as chairman of the Carson-based natural foods company.

Dalfen, who will retain his position as chief executive of Vestro’s natural foods operations, succeeds Henry W. Poett III, who resigned to pursue other business interests, the company said.
