COLLEGE ROUNDUP : Titan Wrestlers Hang On for Victory

Cal State Fullerton won the first five weight classes then hung on for a 17-15 victory over Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in a Pacific-10 wrestling match Sunday at Fullerton.
Michael Grubbs (118 pounds) won, 3-2; Jeff Maes (126) won, 6-2; Sheldon Kim (134) won, 7-5, in overtime; Kenney Workman (142) won, 3-1, and Jason Roberts (150) won, 3-2, for the Titans (6-4, 3-3 in conference).
In nonconference baseball:
UCLA 7, Chapman 5--Chapman broke a 3-3 tie with two runs in the eighth, but the host Bruins rallied for four runs in the bottom half of the inning. Rob Reimers and Chris Briones each had solo home runs for Chapman (5-6).
Matt Schwenke had a two-run home run to win it for UCLA (4-0).
