This Probably Means We Shouldn’t Look for 00 on Forum Wall

We are now safely past this year’s trading deadline and James Worthy is still a Laker. I am happy for Big Game James. As a longtime season ticket-holder, I have seen some big games from James; however, this season, due to some inconsistent nights because of aging knees, no deal was consummated.

When you consider that next year Mr. Buss owes Worthy a balloon payment larger than that blimp you see over major sporting events, this off-year for James has been a very “Goodyear.”
