Mortgage Banking Executive Named

Robert E. Adams has been appointed senior vice president of Westcorp’s mortgage banking division. He was formerly first vice president, operations and administration for Countrywide Funding Corp., responsible for the retail mortgage banking network. Westcorp in Irvine is a financial services holding company whose principal subsidiary is Western Financial Savings Bank.
