Downsized Stake: FMR Corp., a Boston investment company, has sold shares to cut its stake in PDA Engineering, a software company based in Costa Mesa.
FMR sold an aggregate of 100,000 shares between April 20 and May 5 at $6 to $7.19 a share. FMR now holds 874,500 shares of PDA stock, according to an SEC filing.
By selling the stock, FMR reduced its ownership stake in PDA from 10.85% to 9.74%.
