Although Don Wardell’s letter doesn’t deserve a response, no right-minded person can ignore his ignorance and his callousness for human life.
The Holocaust Museum was built in our nation’s capital for the same reason as were the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Vietnam Memorial. Has he forgotten the 5 million non-Jews also killed by the Nazis, as well as the millions of soldiers and civilians who lost their lives so one as biased as he has the freedom to write an asinine letter such as his and have it published in a major newspaper?
Nothing in history can be past if re-occurrence is possible and assuredly probable.
