Woman Killed

WESTMINSTER — A 32-year-old Westminster woman was killed Sunday when a tire on her car blew out and she struck a telephone pole, police said.
Nguyet Anh Truong was headed north on Magnolia Street at 4 p.m., when her front tire blew out and she lost control of her car.
