Technicolor Inc., a film processor and video services company based in North Hollywood, said Thomas M. Collins has joined the U. S. Group of Carlton Communications, Technicolor’s parent firm, as vice president and general counsel. Collins, 39, will be based in Redwood City, Calif., where he will provide legal support to Technicolor and other subsidiaries of Carlton’s.
